What is reconstitution?
Many peptide medications ship as a freeze-dried powder that must be mixed with a liquid — the diluent — before a dose can be measured and drawn. Once mixed, the medication's strength depends on two things: the total amount in the vial and how much diluent was added. That ratio is the concentration, and it is why the same prescribed dose can land on a different syringe marking for different vials.
